By purchasing products from Sweet Appeal, you are agreeing to the following policies. You are also agreeing that you are the age of majority in your state or have given permission for your minor dependents to use this site.
Return/Exchange Policy
I do not offer returns or exchanges of products. If your product is damaged please contact sweetappealcosmetics@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include order number, a description of damage, and pictures of the described damage. Sweet Appeal Cosmetics will evaluate if the product is damaged or not, and if deemed to be damaged, the buyer will receive a refund or replacement. **Damaged product includes cracks or defects of wand/tube. It does not include air bubbles that are normal when wand is removed and gloss is displaced around tube or slight color difference due to the nature of handmade products.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Orders that are marked delivered by carrier will be considered delivered. Sweet Appeal does not refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The carrier will need to be contacted for missing packages. A package with an incorrect/incomplete address may be returned to sender. A refund will be issued to the buyer if the package is returned to sender.
**Please Note**
International orders may incur import taxes/fees upon arrival. Sweet Appeal Cosmetics is not responsible for these fees and will not refund for refusal of package or for packages lost overseas.
